These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) govern sales made on the website www.sipsty.eu (hereinafter the “Site”), owned by the company Softdrink’s, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 510 987 092, whose registered office is located at 10 rue Ambroise Croizat, 95100 Argenteuil, France, and whose contact email address is: contact@softdrinks.fr.
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by Sipsty.eu to its customers via the Site.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the Site. Softdrink’s strives to ensure the accuracy of the information, but slight variations in presentation are possible (non-contractual photos).
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Softdrink’s reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer or non-payment.
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery costs. Delivery fees are specified before final confirmation of the order. Softdrink’s reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The customer may pay for their order by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the Site.
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are given for information only. In case of a delay of more than 7 working days, the customer may request cancellation of the order and a refund. Softdrink’s shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Products must be returned in new and complete condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the event of an error attributable to Softdrink’s.
The products sold are covered by the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects provided for in Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Softdrink’s shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike of postal services or carriers.
The data collected is necessary for processing orders. It is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, and oppose their data, which may be exercised by sending a request to: contact@softdrinks.fr.
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or use is prohibited without prior written authorization.
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
